Scripture teaches us that we have to cultivate our gratitude to God for all parts of life. Every experience is a reason to be grateful and a reason to practice thankfulness.

we must serve God with our own true essence. Our worship must be “salted” to bring out our unique gifts. Honey, which masks and conceals, should have no place in our relationship with God.

As Proverbs teaches us, there are two sides to the lesson of trusting in God for our material well-being.

The Torah goes with us wherever we go. That is the secret of Jewish survival.
