School Supplies and Vouchers for Children

Every year, IFCJ Canada helps prepare thousands of children across Israel for the new school year. Many of these children’s families cannot afford backpacks, new clothing, and other school essentials, making this support invaluable. 

Ahead of the new school year, Fellowship Israel staff and volunteers came together to pack backpacks for children and distribute vouchers to their families. Children could choose backpacks featuring their favourite colors, characters, and designs. Each child was also provided with school essentials, including notebooks, pencils and pens, erasers, and other supplies. 

Thanks to our generous donors, IFCJ Canada is able to equip children, who might otherwise go without these necessities, helping them begin the school year with confidence, dignity, and the tools they need to succeed. 

“All your children will be taught by the Lord, and great will be their peace” (Isaiah 54:13).
