Project Spotlight: Delivering Passover Meals IFCJ Canada | April 4, 2025 (Photo: JDC) For the Jewish people, Passover is a sacred time of celebrating God’s rescue of the Israelites from Egyptian slavery thousands of years ago. They celebrate His miraculous provision of all their needs during the Exodus. Right now, there are far too many precious people in the former Soviet Union (FSU) desperately in need of our help this Passover. As Passover approaches, we continue to provide food, medicine, and basic needs to all Jews in the FSU who rely on us. And we are delivering 5,000 seder and holiday meals to elderly and families to make sure they have the Passover foods needed to celebrate with dignity. Learn more about Passover today.
