Freedom Flights From More Than a Dozen Countries IFCJ Canada | October 30, 2025 Photo: Courtesy It’s been a busy week for The Fellowship’s aliyah (immigration to Israel) program, as 96 olim (immigrants) arrived in their biblical homeland of Israel from over a dozen different countries – from the former Soviet Union, Europe, South America, and Mexico. Since our founding, The Fellowship has helped more than 780,000 Jews make aliyah from 50 different countries – and the number continues to rise. IFCJ Canada provides aliyah to olim from Ukraine, Brazil, and Belaruz. Throughout this week, European flights left airports in former Soviet Union countries and Ukraine –with the most coming in from the two countries currently at war. South American flights came from Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Chile, and Mexico. We help Jewish people in need flee places where they face persecution or mistreatment. Without our support, the cost of aliyah would be unaffordable.
