Report Finds 96% of Jewish Students Experienced Anti-Semitism in 2025 IFCJ Canada | August 14, 2026 (Credit: Flash 90) A recent report examining anti-Semitism at Canadian post-secondary institutions found that 95.7% of Jewish students surveyed experienced anti-Semitism, with many reporting that their concerns were not adequately addressed. The CBC reports: A third of students who said they witnessed or experienced an antisemitic incident reported it to the university, but 63 per cent of those who filed a report said they were dissatisfied with how it was handled. Overall 70 per cent of the Jewish students surveyed reported feeling that the university does not take the issue seriously, and 68 per cent said campus life is not safe or inclusive for Jewish students. “Jewish students report changing what they say, where they go, what they wear and whether they remain engaged in academic and campus life at all,” the report said. We continue to pray for the Jewish people, especially Jewish students across Canada who are facing rising anti-Semitism. No student should ever have to fear for their safety simply because of who they are while in their learning environment.
