Karen Willson

Karen Willson is an accomplished leader with over 30 years’ experience and has recently retired as a Partner at KCI, Canada’s leading non-profit consultants. Renowned for her strategic direction to hundreds of charitable organizations, Karen has provided guidance to organizations such as World Vision and The Salvation Army. She has been a sought-after speaker at non-profit conferences and has facilitated strategic planning exercises, board training and visioning exercises for esteemed entities. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Waterloo, a Public Relations Certificate from Humber College, and holds an Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive (ACFRE) title. She serves on charitable boards for Toronto Youth for Christ and Intriciti Ministries and is a member of Spring Garden Baptist Church.
