That Christians and Jews would reverse their 2,000-year history of discord and replace it with a relationship marked by dialogue, better understanding, respect, fellowship, and active cooperation on issues of shared concern.

This vision is being fulfilled through our programs of compassion and solidarity with Israel and the Jewish people.

Our History


The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews was founded in 1983 by Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein. In 2003, Rabbi Eckstein founded the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews of Canada to increase the organization’s reach and support. Over the years, we have been leaders in Jewish-Christian relations, building bridges of goodwill that have led to greater understanding and cooperation between members of these two great faiths. We have helped thousands of Jews escape poverty and anti-Semitism and return to their biblical homeland, funded humanitarian assistance that has touched the lives of people in Israel and Jews around the world, and fulfilled biblical prophecy with our Fellowship Freedom Flights to the Holy Land.

Life and Legacy of Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein


Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein saw great solidarity between Christians and Jews. He found strong allies for the Jewish people in the Christian community and committed himself to teaching Christians about Judaism, organizing dialogue between the two faiths, and stretching a hand of friendship across a divide that had existed for millennia.
