Hona is a sweet and talkative man, and is very grateful for surviving the Holocaust. But sadly, he now struggles with a life of extreme poverty. He barely has enough to eat, and wishes he had someone who would care for him in his old age.

Hona feels very blessed to have a Fellowship caregiver who cooks for him and cleans his house. He enjoys his visits and even tries to conduct the whole conversation in Hebrew, though he cannot speak the language fluently. He also receives a food card to ensure he doesn’t have to go to bed hungry!
Without The Fellowship, Hona would be unable to afford enough food to stay healthy. He is so grateful for the love and support provided by The Fellowship.
But tragically, so many others continue to struggle with poverty longing for someone to show they care.
