The Fellowship's Prayer Points
Our bi-weekly Prayer Points unite Jews and Christians around the world to raise a chorus of prayer to God for the care and support of Israel's people. By appealing to God on behalf of His children, your prayers will make a powerful, positive impact.
“‘Peace, peace, to those far and near,’ says the LORD. ‘And I will heal them.’”
The COVID-19 outbreak has reached pandemic status. From the Holy Land to Canada and the United States, and every nation and people in between, we have all been affected by it. Travel restrictions, financial stress, accommodations for children who are no longer at school … life has been upended for all of us. But our loving God is still looking down on us all, ready to provide His care when we need it most. So let us raise our voices to Him, asking for His protection, His healing, and His shalom, peace.
- As governments around the world figure out how best to handle the pandemic, pray that God will provide leaders in all nations and at all levels of leadership with wisdom, that they might make correct decisions in this difficult time. “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you” (Psalm 32:8).
- As the hands and feet of God, The Fellowship is on the ground in Israel, providing for those we have always provided for, including the elderly and needy who find themselves in even greater need during these trying times. Pray that we will be able to provide food and comfort to all. “I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread” (Psalm 37:25).
- And so too let us pray for God’s love and protection for us all, His hands and feet. For even as we are doing His good works in the Holy Land, in our own communities, in our homes we depend on Him for all that we have. “Serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you” (1 Samuel 12:24).
- We are here to pray for you. Please submit your prayer requests here and we will take them to the Lord. “Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always” (1 Chronicles 16:11).
