When he was a young child, the Nazis rounded up and killed Yafim's family – and he vividly remembers escaping with his mother by train. Every moment afterward, he lived with unimaginable sorrow and grief, while barely surviving the war and nearly starving to death.
I cannot fully imagine what that must have been like.
It breaks my heart to know that Yafim’s life did not improve much over the years. Today, he is only able to buy food thanks to support from The Fellowship. Without our help, Yafim would not survive.
