"Sometimes I have no money to buy food. I'm embarrassed I can't help my family. My dream is to live out the rest of my life in dignity, but today, more than ever, I need help. There are many Holocaust survivors like me, and they are dying out."

These heart-breaking words are from Irena Rozenstein, an elderly Holocaust survivor who lives in Israel. Irena's pain speaks eloquently to the reason The Fellowship is committed to helping provide for the basic needs of men and women like her. Many Holocaust survivors like Irena are in great need — and more of them are dying each day without even a shred of the human dignity they deserve.

As the numbers of these people dwindle, soon there will not be anyone left with the concentration camp tattoos on their arms who can give direct testimony to the evil they endured.

But we are determined to help as many as we can, while we can. And today, Fellowship friends like you have a special opportunity to help care for the neediest of those who survived the horrors of Nazi Germany. Your gift to The Fellowship will provide food and other essentials for Holocaust survivors both in Israel and the former Soviet Union who are under our care.

Rabbi Eckstein said the plight of these impoverished men and women is especially heart-breaking. "They have survived the absolute worst evil humans could do to their fellow men. Today so many are isolated, lonely, and feeling neglected. My friend, this should not be! We must do all we can to give them a measure of care and comfort, and restore a measure of the human dignity that was torn from them."

Please help bring a gift of love, comfort, and care to elderly Holocaust victims who are living below the poverty line, by sending your best gift to The Fellowship today. Thank you!
