This sermon explores the concept of aliyah, which in Hebrew means "return." This concept has deep meaning for the people of Israel not only because of their return to the modern state of Israel today, but because it is the story of their return from exile time and again in the Scriptures.

This sermon looks at the need to educate ourselves about Israel, and learning what God has spoken about Israel through the Scriptures, starting with Abraham. Faith starts by hearing God's Word. But we also must courageously obey God's Word.
