Recipe: Healthy Popcorn

Shalom,

Here's a great way to make popcorn:

  • Cover the bottom of a big pot with a thin layer of coconut oil and pour the popcorn kernels on top of the oil.
  • Cover the pot, turn the flame on high, and wait around 5 minutes until you don't hear any more kernels popping, then turn off the flame
  • Immediately pour the popcorn into a big bowl and top with salt and brewer’s yeast (which is full of B vitamins and protein and tastes like parmesan cheese)

Eat and enjoy!
