Rosh Hashanah event in Netivot

More than 60 elderly Holocaust survivors came dressed in their holiday best to The Fellowship’s renovated elderly club for a Rosh Hashanah dinner.

The club is located in the sheltered housing facility for Holocaust survivors in the city of Netivot.

The elderly said blessings over the symbolic holiday foods and a singer entertained and moved many to get up on their feet and dance.

The manager of the sheltered housing facility blessed the participants and thanked The Fellowship for the work you are doing throughout the year and for bringing joy, each holiday, to these lonely elderly who don't have anyone to care for them.

Thank you for giving these Holocaust survivors food and companionship during the High Holy Days.
